Trip Itinerary

- On arrival at Bagdogra airport, board waiting vehicle and drive to Phuentsholing, met by our
  representative at border and after clearing immigration formalities, check in at the Hotel.
- Later in the day if time permits visit Zangtho Pelri Lhakhang. Situated in city centre, this small temple represents the heaven of Guru Rinpoche.
- Enjoy an overnight stay in the comfort of your hotel.
  Phuentsholing at a Glance:
  Phuentsholing is a thriving commercial centre, situated directly at the base of Himalayan foothills. Being the border town, Phuentsholing serves as the convenient entry/exit point for Bhutan and the important link to visit the Indian state of West Bengal, Sikkim and Assam.
- After breakfast, drive to Thimphu, the modern capital town of Bhutan.
- En route stop at Kharbandi Gompa, the beautiful monastery situated in garden of tropical plants and flowers.
- On arrival, in Thimphu check-into the hotel.
- Evening an exploratory walk around Thimphu main street and market area and then overnight at your hotel.
- Relish a delicious breakfast at the hotel and prepare to visit the Thimpu tshechu
- Full day is at your disposal to enjoy the festival and explore local markets.
- After the festival return to the hotel.
- After breakfast, drive to Punakha across Dochu La Pass. Located at a height of 3,088m/ 10,130 ft.
- At Dochula pass, visit to Druk Wangyal Lhakhang (temple)
- Visit the magnificent Punakha Dzong, one of Bhutan’s most iconic fortresses.
- Experience the thrill of walking across Bhutan’s longest suspension bridge, gracefully suspended over the gushing waters of the Mo Chhu River.

- Later in the day after checking into hotel, explore Paro’s cultural highlights:

  Paro at a glance: Paro is one of Bhutan’s most delightful towns to explore on foot, nestled along the picturesque banks of the Paro Chhu River. Its vibrant main street is lined with colorful wooden shopfronts, cozy cafés, and inviting restaurants. After visiting the town’s key sights, spend an hour or two wandering the charming streets and soaking in the local atmosphere.
- After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, set out on a rewarding hike to the iconic Tiger’s Nest Monastery (Taktsang). Perched dramatically on a cliffside 900 meters above the valley floor, this sacred site offers breathtaking views and an unforgettable experience.
- If time allows, indulge in a traditional Hot Stone Bath, where heated stones and medicinal Menchu water provide deep relaxation and rejuvenation (on direct payment basis).
